At the end of the decade, she disappeared, but her legend continued to grow until, by the 1990s, she had become an icon. Who can’t get enough of Bettie Page? I did not see this movie until it was out on HBO & Showtime but wish I has seen it sooner! Gretchen Mol does not look a lot like Bettie Page but she is still gorgeous and does a good job portraying a Pin Up girl of the 40′s and 50′s. If your into the Pin Up girl era then this is a pretty good movie to add to your collection. (Careful, not for those under 18 due to full frontal nudity). Did I mention Gretchen Mol is easy on the eyes?
